West program provides community-based Assertive Community Treatment, adult outpatient mental health support around-the-clock, 365 days a year. Our culturally sensitive, gender responsive services promote mental wellness and independent living, designed to meet the individual needs of each client. The program provides therapeutic interventions, medication management and monitoring, case management, employment support, and peer support.
